Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service for BrontoPanel, operated by Bronto Works LLC. It applies to the panel, your hardware nodes, and rented BrontoPanel nodes.

Do not use BrontoPanel for illegal activity, child sexual abuse material, malware, botnets, phishing, spam, or attacks on other systems.

Do not run infringing games, leaked or cracked server software, or stolen plugins.

Do not probe our network, other customers, or bypass access controls. Do not attempt to disrupt BrontoPanel or the datacenters that host rented nodes.

Do not use a rented node for crypto mining or other load unrelated to operating the game servers you deployed.

Game servers on BrontoPanel may not be used to harass, swat, or DDoS anyone.

We may suspend a node or account first and investigate after. We may keep records needed for abuse response or legal process.
