Privacy Policy

BrontoPanel is operated by Bronto Works LLC (“we”, “us”), a Colorado, United States limited liability company. You can reach us at legal@bronto.sh. We do not publish a street address.

BrontoPanel is a game-server control panel. You create a realm, add a node (your hardware or a rented BrontoPanel node), and deploy servers from blueprints. The panel provides console, files, backups, and access control.

When you create an account we collect your email address, username, and password (stored hashed). We may also store optional profile fields you choose to set (bio, avatar), multi-factor authentication material, last login time, and notification preferences.

To run the product we store service data: realms, nodes, servers, blueprints, files, backups, console output, databases, activity and audit logs (including IP address), and feedback you submit (including screenshots).

If you pay us, Stripe processes your card. We store a Stripe customer identifier and subscription metadata. We do not store full card numbers.

Content on a node — worlds, plugins, configuration, player names, in-game chat, and similar game-server data — belongs to you. You are responsible for that data and for telling your players how you use it. We host it only to operate the panel and the node.

We use this information to provide BrontoPanel, bill for paid nodes and backup plans, keep the service secure, respond to abuse, provide support, and send transactional email (address verification, password reset, node-offline notices you opt into).

We share information with Stripe for payments; with our email delivery provider for transactional mail; with object storage for backups and files; with the datacenter that hosts a rented node; and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

We do not use advertising pixels or Google Analytics. The panel stores auth tokens and node access tokens in your browser’s localStorage so you can stay signed in. Those tokens are required to use the product, not for advertising.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18 and you pay for a node or other paid feature, a parent or guardian is responsible for the payment and for the account.

To access or correct personal data we hold, email legal@bronto.sh. You can request deletion from Security in the panel; that emails legal@bronto.sh and does not erase the account immediately. Backups and legal holds can delay full erasure.

We use reasonable measures to protect account and service data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

BrontoPanel is operated from the United States. If you use the service from elsewhere, you understand that we process information in the United States.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated policy.
