Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-09-05
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Bronto Works LLC, doing business as BrontoPanel, a Colorado, United States limited liability company. Contact: legal@bronto.sh.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use BrontoPanel. If you are under 18 and you pay us, a parent or guardian is responsible for that payment and for the account.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your username, password, and any multi-factor authentication you enable, and for activity on your account.
4. The service
BrontoPanel is a control panel for game servers. You may connect your own hardware or rent a BrontoPanel node. Features include console, files, backups, and access control. We may change features as we operate the product.
5. Paid services
Paid nodes and backup plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe. Cancel in billing; access continues through the end of the paid period unless law requires otherwise. Fees are in US dollars unless Stripe shows another currency.
6. Your content
You own the files and data on your servers. You grant Bronto Works LLC a limited license to host, back up, and otherwise process that content only as needed to operate BrontoPanel.
7. Responsibility for nodes
You are responsible for what runs on your node: the game, mods, plugins, players, and any abuse. If you run a game server, you are the operator of that server, including any player-facing privacy obligations.
8. Rented nodes and abuse
If a rented node is used for malware, spam, infringement, or other violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, we may freeze or terminate that node. We may keep records we need for abuse response or legal process.
9. Acceptable Use
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. If you breach it, you breach these Terms.
10. Our intellectual property
BrontoPanel software, branding, and documentation stay ours. These Terms do not sell you the panel, only a right to use the hosted service.
11. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent Colorado law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts for Acceptable Use violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform or other customers.
13. Changes
We may change these Terms. The “Last updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing law
Colorado law governs these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere if needed to protect the service.
